Suzie’s career has always been in health. As a young dispensary assistant, a nurse in the bush and city, a pharmaceutical and biotech sales rep, a recruiter, and a publishing and communications leader, Suzie has experienced and shaped the health industry from every angle.

Since founding SMCpeople in 2007, Suzie has used her industry experience to turn knowledge into insight for people and organisations across the world. She has advised on entry into new markets, and helped connect people at all levels - from the industry’s most senior leaders to recent university graduates - as they take the next step in the career.

Outside of work, Suzie enjoys cooking for her family (including her groodle, Katie 🐾 ) and exploring the best that Melbourne has to offer.
